Scanned documents may be held temporarily while optical character recognition (OCR) reads them. Saved account workspaces follow the retention periods above.
Ziny sends your contract's text to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT) through their business APIs to generate your report. Ziny does not use documents to train a model it controls. Provider processing, security retention and training rules depend on their service terms and account configuration; see the Privacy Policy for the providers used.

Saved Decisions are accessible through the account that owns them. In the rare diagnostic error case described above, access to the diagnostic copy is restricted to the operator of Ziny.
A saved Decision workspace is automatically deleted after 90 days. You can delete it earlier in that Decision's settings, and you can delete your account and its workspaces from Account settings.
