These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ziny Contract. By uploading a contract, using the free preview, or paying for a full report, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using Ziny Contract in any way — including uploading a document, viewing a free preview, or purchasing a full report — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Ziny Contract has no account system, so there's no separate sign-up step where these terms are presented again — using the service is how you accept them, and the consent checkbox at checkout is a further, explicit confirmation for the payment itself (see "Payment" and "Refunds and your right of withdrawal" below).
Ziny Contract lets you upload a contract as a PDF and receive an AI-generated, plain-language analysis: identified risks, a fairness assessment, key dates, missing protections, obligations, and a financial summary. A limited free preview is shown for every upload; the full report — with detailed explanations and negotiation suggestions for each risk — is unlocked with a one-time payment.
There are no accounts and no subscription. Each payment unlocks one report for the contract you analyzed in that session.
Ziny Contract is an automated, AI-generated informational tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create a lawyer-client relationship of any kind.
The analysis is generated by AI models and, like any AI output, may be incomplete, may misinterpret a clause, or may miss a risk entirely — especially for unusual contracts, non-standard clauses, or jurisdictions the AI has less reliable knowledge of. It should be treated as a starting point for your own understanding, not as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
For any contract that is high-value, high-stakes, or where you're unsure, please consult a qualified lawyer before signing or relying on our analysis.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to use the contract you upload for this purpose. You confirm that you have the right to upload the document you submit and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some contracts include personal data about other people (for example, another party's name, address, or financial details). By uploading such a document, you confirm that you have a lawful basis and, where required, the appropriate consent or authorization to share that information with us and our AI sub-processors for the purpose of generating your analysis. You are responsible for that determination — we have no way to verify it.
Do not upload a document you don't have the right to share, or that you know contains information you're not authorized to disclose.
The full report costs $29.99 per contract, paid once, with no subscription or recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's own terms for that transaction. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change for future purchases — the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay for that report.
If taxes such as VAT apply to your purchase based on your location, they may be added by Stripe at checkout.
Because your full report is generated and delivered to you immediately after payment, we ask you to explicitly confirm, with a checkbox at checkout, that you agree to immediate access to the digital content and that you understand this waives any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that might otherwise apply to a digital purchase (such as the right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law). You cannot complete a purchase without checking this box.
We still want you to be satisfied with what you paid for. If a technical error on our side means your report was never generated or delivered after payment, contact us at fullstackragab@gmail.com with your reference ID, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by agreement, in the jurisdiction where you are a consumer.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches this section.
You retain all rights to the contract you upload — uploading it to Ziny Contract does not transfer any ownership to us.
Ziny Contract, including its name, branding, report format, and underlying software, is owned by its operator. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report generated for you for your own purposes (for example, reviewing it, printing it, or sharing it with your own counsel). You may not resell, redistribute, or use it to build a competing dataset or service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the AI analysis will identify every risk in your contract, that it will be free of errors, or that it will be suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for any decision you make in reliance on a report generated by Ziny Contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ziny Contract and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the report giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer right that applies in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ziny Contract and its operator from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or content you upload that you did not have the right to share.
We aim to keep Ziny Contract available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including for maintenance or because a third-party provider we depend on changes or discontinues its own service.
Because there are no accounts, there's nothing for us to "terminate" on your side beyond refusing a specific transaction — for example, if we reasonably believe you're breaching the "Acceptable use" section above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence give you additional rights that cannot be displaced by this clause — those rights continue to apply alongside these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use Ziny Contract after an update means you accept the revised Terms for any future use.
