These Terms govern Ziny Contract’s free preview and paid workspace service. Read the purchase summary and Privacy Policy before consenting and paying.
By using Ziny Contract you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A free account is required for the current workspace purchase flow. Before payment you must review and accept the current purchase summary; the server records the accepted version and time.
Consent authorizes processing of the information you submit as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
The free scope preview shows questions and areas a paid analysis could investigate. It does not provide findings, a fairness score or a risk verdict. A one-time purchase provides analysis in the selected decision workspace, with available research, calculations, scenarios and a limited Ask Ziny session. Coverage depends on the submitted information and available sources.
You send or confirm the document after payment, and may need to replace unreadable pages. Generation is asynchronous, can take several minutes and has no guaranteed completion time. Once the server accepts analysis, closing the browser does not cancel it.
Adding supporting documents does not automatically regenerate the original Decision Pack or purchase a separate full analysis. Download your reports before workspace expiry.
Ziny Contract is an automated, AI-generated informational tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create a lawyer-client relationship of any kind.
The analysis is generated by AI models and, like any AI output, may be incomplete, may misinterpret a clause, or may miss a risk entirely — especially for unusual contracts, non-standard clauses, or jurisdictions the AI has less reliable knowledge of. It should be treated as a starting point for your own understanding, not as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
For any contract that is high-value, high-stakes, or where you're unsure, please consult a qualified lawyer before signing or relying on our analysis.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to use the contract you upload for this purpose. You confirm that you have the right to upload the document you submit and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some contracts include personal data about other people (for example, another party's name, address, or financial details). By uploading such a document, you confirm that you have a lawful basis and, where required, the appropriate consent or authorization to share that information with us and our AI sub-processors for the purpose of generating your analysis. You are responsible for that determination — we have no way to verify it.
Do not upload a document you don't have the right to share, or that you know contains information you're not authorized to disclose.
The standard displayed price is USD 49.99, paid once for the selected workspace. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic usage top-up. The server-confirmed purchase summary states the current price and limits before payment; checkout shows the amount you authorize. Valid promotional coupons and operator test purchases may have different amounts.
Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. Your bank or provider may impose currency conversion or other separate fees. Reaching a service limit does not authorize us to charge again.
The server-confirmed purchase summary is the authoritative disclosure for the current purchase’s price and configured allowances. Standard limits are 5 documents, 60 total workspace pages and 15 accepted page replacements. The initial contract preview accepts up to 30 pages; upload size limits are shown before payment. Technical retries do not require another payment.
Ask Ziny includes up to 30 submitted questions during 24 hours from your first question, subject to workspace expiry and an internal USD 3 processing budget. Research is limited to 10 operations. Failed or stopped submissions can consume allowance. This internal budget is not an additional customer charge. Additional credit requires an explicit purchase; no automatic top-up or extra charge occurs. Existing answers remain available during workspace retention.
Paid workspaces: the active window is 90 days from purchase, followed by an archive. Originals, reports, extracted text and existing conversations remain available until 5 years from purchase. Reading and downloading saved content does not use AI credit. Archived reports keep their original generation dates and are not automatically updated.
Additional Ask Ziny credit is tied to this workspace until final deletion or earlier user deletion. Archiving after the active window does not itself remove remaining credit. Buying credit does not extend final retention, reopen document editing or transfer credit to another workspace. Unused credit becomes unavailable at final deletion. You are not charged automatically.
You can delete a document or the entire workspace earlier. Deleting source content removes the text available for future answers but does not erase findings already incorporated into the report. Deleting the workspace removes its private originals, reports and conversations. Your account is not deleted by workspace expiry. Content already deleted under the old policy cannot be restored. Older purchases keep their displayed deadlines unless you explicitly enable the new archive policy in settings.
Your request to start processing after payment does not remove any mandatory consumer rights. The service does not promise immediate delivery or apply a blanket waiver of a statutory withdrawal right.
If a confirmed paid purchase cannot be delivered because of a service failure, retry the same purchase without paying again. If unresolved, contact fullstackragab@gmail.com with your reference. We investigate and restore delivery or refund an undelivered paid service. Refund handling is through support and is not automatic; payment-provider processing times may apply.
This service commitment does not promise a refund simply because a contract contains unfavorable terms or the analysis does not support the outcome you hoped for. Any mandatory remedies or rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches this section.
You retain all rights to the contract you upload — uploading it to Ziny Contract does not transfer any ownership to us.
Ziny Contract, including its name, branding, report format, and underlying software, is owned by its operator. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report generated for you for your own purposes (for example, reviewing it, printing it, or sharing it with your own counsel). You may not resell, redistribute, or use it to build a competing dataset or service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the AI analysis will identify every risk in your contract, that it will be free of errors, or that it will be suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for any decision you make in reliance on a report generated by Ziny Contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ziny Contract and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the report giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer right that applies in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ziny Contract and its operator from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or content you upload that you did not have the right to share.
We aim to keep Ziny Contract available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance or changes to providers we depend on.
We may suspend or refuse access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. You can delete your account and its saved workspaces from Account settings; retention of limited payment records may still be required for accounting or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence give you additional rights that cannot be displaced by this clause — those rights continue to apply alongside these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use Ziny Contract after an update means you accept the revised Terms for any future use.
